Questions
Do I need special glasses for the computer?
Some people do, especially if their everyday glasses are set for distance or reading. Dr. Alam will tell you if a computer pair would help.
Do blue-light lenses help?
Some people find them more comfortable. We'll explain the options without pushing them.
What can I do at work?
Take short breaks to look far away, keep your screen a little below eye level, and blink often.
